These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RNG Digital website (the "Site") and any related communications you have with RNG Digital ("RNG Digital," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate from Sri Lanka.

The Site provides information about RNG Digital and allows you to contact us. Any service engagement (e.g., web design, SEO, marketing, analytics, or consulting) is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal ("Service Agreement") between you and RNG Digital.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for that engagement.

2) Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.

You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems
• interfere with the Site's operation (including introducing malware or abusive traffic)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RNG Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site.

In any case, RNG Digital's total liability for claims related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to RNG Digital for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you have not paid us for services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RNG Digital from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
